How to purchase online?

In order to purchase online, you need to have purchased a State Savings product since 5th October 2014, provided your Personal Public Service Number (PPSN), Evidence of Identity (Name, Date of Birth, Address) and agreed to State Savings Terms and Conditions.

Existing State Savings Customers
If you have purchased a State Savings Product after 5th October 2014 and cannot proceed with your online purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team at 1850 30 50 60/ +353 1 705 7200 and we will assist you.

Otherwise, in order to now become registered for future online purchases, please download and complete the Registration Form for Online Purchases (for existing State Savings Customers), and return it to State Savings, Prize Bonds, Fexco Centre, Killorglin, FREEPOST, Co Kerry, V93 WN9T. Upon receipt of the Registration Form for Online Purchases, we will review your Evidence of Identity Documentation held on file and will contact you if up to date documentation is required. 

Alternatively you may complete an Application Form for your chosen product and present it at any Post Office or send it to State Savings, GPO, FREEPOST, Dublin 1, D01 F5P2, with the required documentation and payment. Once your application is fully processed, you will automatically be registered to make future purchases of State Savings Products with your debit card.

New State Savings Customers
In order to become registered for online purchases, please complete the Application Form for your chosen Product and present it at any Post Office or send it to State Savings, FREEPOST, Dublin 1, D01 F5P2 with the required documentation and payment. Once your application is fully processed, you will automatically be registered to make future purchases of State Savings Products online with your debit card.
