To request a repayment for a joint holding do the following: Sign in to your State Savings Online service Select ‘View & Manage’ on the product panel e.g. Saving Certificates on the ‘Your Savings’ home screen Select ‘Joint’ on the Account Menu Click ‘Cash In’ on the joint holding you wish to repay Select ‘Download Form’ Download and complete the form and send it to State Savings, GPO, FREEPOST, Dublin 1, D01 F5P2. We require both holders' signatures on the form along with copy of a bank statement header verifying the account names and number, together with Prize Bond Certificates*, if relevant. *It is optional to return the original bond certificates with the form however if you are not returning the original bond certificates please complete the relevant details on the form. Note: If your joint holding has matured, you may complete the maturity form you received in the post and request repayment of funds.
