To cash in Prize Bonds (Sole Holdings) do the following: Sign in to State Savings Online Select ‘View & Manage’ on the Prize Bonds panel on the ‘Your Savings’ home screen. Click ‘Reinvest / Cash In’ and then choose ‘Cash In’. Specify the ‘Amount’ you wish to reinvest or ‘Choose Bond Ranges’ Select ‘Confirm’ and then ‘Confirm Transaction’ Enter the Verification Code that was sent to your registered mobile phone number by SMS text message and click ‘Confirm’. You will then see a ‘Thank you for your Transaction Request' screen. To cash in a Fixed Term Product/SSA (Sole Holdings) do the following: Sign in to State Savings Online Select ‘View & Manage’ on the product panel e.g. Saving Certificates on the ‘Your Savings’ home screen. Click ‘Cash In’ on the holding you wish to repay to your bank account. Enter the amount you wish to repay. To allocate the full amount select ‘Allocate full amount’. Select ‘Confirm’ and then ‘Confirm Transaction’ Enter the Verification Code that was sent to your registered mobile phone number by SMS text message and click ‘Confirm’. You will then see a ‘Thank you for your Transaction Request' screen.
