Check your email address
Check that you are entering your email address correctly. You may have registered with a different email address or mistyped your email address. You may have recently changed the email address registered with your State Savings Online service.
 
I forgot my email address or no longer have access to my email account
If you have forgotten your email address or no longer have access to your email account, you will need to contact State Savings.

I did not receive the verification code to my registered mobile phone number when trying to reset my password
Before requesting the code is resent please check the following:

  • Allow 1-2 minutes for the code to be sent

  • You are using the correct mobile phone registered with your online account

  • There are no network issues in your area

Then select ‘Resend code’.
 
I have lost access or changed the mobile phone number registered with my State Savings Online service.
If you have changed the mobile phone number registered with your State Savings Online service, you will need to complete the Change of Mobile Number form and send it to State Savings.

I did not receive an email with a link to reset my password.
Before requesting the email is resent please check the following

  • Allow 1-2 minutes for the email to be sent

  • Check your spam folder

  • Check that your device is online and that there are no network issues in your area

Then select ‘Resend email’.
