Why is my holding temporarily unavailable for transactions online?
Your holding may become temporarily unavailable if a transaction request is being processed by State Savings. Your holding may be temporarily unavailable until any pending transactions have been processed.

For example;

If you have requested a repayment, the balance will not be updated until the transaction has been processed. During this time your holding may be temporarily unavailable.

If you have returned your maturity notice you received in the post, your holding will be temporarily unavailable until the request has been processed. 

When will my holding be available again?
Your holding will be available online after the transaction request has been completed and reflected in State Savings Online.
