I changed my mobile phone number. How do I update the mobile number for State Savings Online?

If you have changed your mobile phone number you will need to update your details with us so that we can send verification codes to your mobile phone for the purposes of signing in to State Savings Online and confirming transactions on your account.

If you can still receive text messages to your registered mobile phone number do the following:

  • Sign in to your State Savings Online service

  • Go to ‘Profile and Settings’ and select ‘Request an update’ beside ‘Your Mobile Number’.

Download and complete the Change of Mobile Phone Number for State Savings Online form and send it to State Savings, GPO, FREEPOST, Dublin 1, D01 F5P2

If you have already changed your mobile phone number and cannot access texts to your previous mobile phone number you can download the Change of Mobile Phone Number for State Savings Online form in the Forms & Downloads area of the website.
