We collect your Personal Data to process your Application to buy State Savings Products, to help in the administration of your holdings and to meet legal and regulatory obligations. An Post and/or the Prize Bond Company, acting as agents of the National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) who is the data controller (for the purpose of the Data Protection legislation), may process certain of your Personal Data including your PPSN as data processors in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and for the purposes set out in the State Savings Data Protection Notice. Your Personal Data is not used for marketing purposes. The Minister for Finance and the NTMA are each a “specified body” for the purposes of section 262 to 270 and schedule 5 of the Social Welfare Consolidation Act 2005, as amended.
