Are all of your holdings appearing in your State Savings Online?

If it is the case that all of your holdings are not appearing in your State Savings Online service, it may be for one of the following reasons:

  • Products were purchased using different names and/or addresses. These purchases would then result in more than one customer record each with different name and/or address details. The products you see listed are those associated with the name and address you used when registering for State Savings Online.

  • Older products may be missing unique identifiers such as PPSN and/or DOB that are required to be able to associate the holdings with you.

To allow us to investigate this further please submit a request to add holdings to State Savings online via the hyperlink ‘Are all your holdings appearing in your State Savings Online’ available on the Your Savings screen or product summary screen.
Complete the form providing the following information:

  • Product type

  • If Prize Bonds please provide

    • Details of missing bond numbers

    • Variations of your name, previous addresses or any other relevant details

  • If Fixed Term Product;

    • Details of missing account numbers  

    • Variations of your name, previous addresses or any other relevant details
