4. Freepost Application Form - (click to print it now and complete & sign it).
Complete it and mail it to State Savings, GPO, Dublin 1 (no stamp required) or hand it in at an post office.

5. Any Post Office - Note - Personal Cheques made payable to "NTMA State Savings".
